Personalized Care to Help You Move and Feel Better

Physical therapy can help restore movement, strength and function following an injury, surgery or health condition, while also supporting the management of ongoing musculoskeletal pain and mobility problems.

It is a practical, movement-focused approach to rehabilitation, designed to help you regain confidence in how your body moves and improve your ability to manage everyday activities.

Whether you want to return to sport, recover after surgery, improve your balance or move more comfortably day to day, physical therapy can support a safer, stronger return to the things that matter to you.

Your Treatment

A Treatment Plan Built Around Your Needs

No two people move, recover or experience pain in exactly the same way. Your physical therapy plan is developed after evaluating your symptoms, movement and functional needs, then adapted as you progress.

Movement & Mobility

Your therapist assesses how you move and identifies limitations that may be affecting your mobility, comfort or physical function.

Therapeutic Exercise

Targeted exercises can be used to improve strength, mobility, coordination and function based on your condition and rehabilitation goals.

Hands-On Treatment

Where appropriate, manual techniques may be incorporated into your rehabilitation to help address movement restrictions and support your overall treatment plan.

Functional Rehabilitation

Treatment can focus on the movements you need for everyday activities, work, exercise or sport, helping you work toward a safe and confident return to the things that matter to you.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are in-network with most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation, and no-fault. Share your details and we verify your coverage before your first visit.

How much does physical therapy cost?

For most patients, care is covered by insurance and you pay only your plan's copay, if any. We verify your benefits before your first visit and tell you exactly what to expect, with no surprise bills.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your therapist performs a full hands-on evaluation of your movement, strength, and history, explains what is going on, and walks you through a personalized treatment plan. Bring your insurance card and comfortable clothing.

How long is each visit, and how many will I need?

Most visits run 40 to 60 minutes. The number of visits depends on your condition and goals; your therapist gives you a clear plan and timeline at your evaluation and updates it as you progress.
